Kristen Bassett

Co-founder & Instructor

Kristen quit her corporate marketing job in early 2017 to pursue a more active and outdoor lifestyle. She is BASI Pilates CTTC qualified, and has completed numerous workshops including Pilates for athletes, as well as Pilates for osteoporosis. Kristen will take any opportunity to be outside in the sunshine. Aside from Pilates, she enjoys surfing, running and hiking.

Joss van der Walt

Co-founder & Instructor

Joss qualified through STOTT Pilates with Lisa Palmer. She has completed numerous workshops including post-natal, men’s specific and athletic conditioning. Joss enjoys being outside with her family, road trips and reading. She adores her daughter and loves being a mom.

Nix

Instructor

Nix trained under Renee Watson at The Source Cape Town and is a qualified Basic and Foundation Pilates Mat instructor. As a mom and school teacher she has a special interest in children learning to move well. She is a proud Deep South local and enjoys everything this part of the world has to offer.

Jade

Instructor

Jade is an Occupational Therapist who teaches Pilates part-time. She qualified as a Pilates Mat instructor through ETA in 2014. She is passionate about helping people to reach their full potential. This includes promoting active movement as part of a healthy and balanced lifestyle. When she is not working, Jade loves to dance, go to the beach, walk in the mountains, read and be creative.
